S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 contigu\u00eb, l&rsquo;extension doit \u00eatre \u00e9loign\u00e9e d&rsquo;au moins 3 m\u00e8tres de la limite de la parcelle.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si votre projet de v\u00e9randa ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 ces exigences, il y a de fortes chances que vous ayez besoin d&rsquo;un permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement urbain.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Demande : une obligation de notification peut \u00eatre faite en ligne via le site web du bureau de l&rsquo;environnement de la municipalit\u00e9 concern\u00e9e.<\/h2><p>Dans certains cas, vous pouvez \u00e9galement soumettre une notification sur papier.<\/p><p>Cela se fait au moyen d&rsquo;un formulaire de notification que vous soumettez ensuite \u00e0 la <strong>municipalit\u00e9<\/strong>. Sans notification, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 travailler automatiquement apr\u00e8s 30 jours.<\/p><p>Si vous demandez un permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement urbain, la proc\u00e9dure est plus complexe et exige plus d&rsquo;attention. Dans certains cas, vous pouvez \u00e9galement le faire sur papier.<\/p><p><strong>Traitement de la demande :<\/strong> dans un d\u00e9lai de 30 jours, le gouvernement v\u00e9rifiera si votre demande de permis est recevable et compl\u00e8te. Pour certaines demandes, une enqu\u00eate publique est lanc\u00e9e pour v\u00e9rifier si certains citoyens ont des objections contre la construction de votre v\u00e9randa.
